  1. 若工作坊当天无法出席，报名费不可退款，可转让名额。（必须提前通知主办当局）
    No refunds for non-attendance on the workshop day. Spot transfer allowed with prior notice to organizers.
  2. 主办单位有权利提前通知取消另选日期或者延期进行
    Organizer reserved the rights to make amendments as deemed necessary.
  3. 请提早30分钟到达登记报到
    Please arrive at least 30 minutes earlier for your Entry Registration.
